NewPanda will send you an invitation to our online meeting.

  1. Click the secure link to join the online meeting, or copy and paste the URL into an internet browser and click GO.
  2. You'll be prompted to download the Join.Me software
  3. Typically it's easiest to use your computer's microphone and speakers for audio
    1. Click the telephone icon to bring up audio options
    2. Choose Call Via Internet
    3. Click Connect - you may be required to download additional software
      1. If so, once the download has completed, click Connect once more
      2. You may need to check your downloads folder to access downloaded software





  4. Alternately, click the Call by Phone option
    1. Dial the conference call number provided
    2. Enter the Conference ID
