7.9. My Social Network Authentications Expired

Updated 05.12.16

Your social network authentications through NewPanda may periodically expire due to expiration rules or timelines the social network imposes, settings within your PRIVACY features for those social networks (i.e., password changes), or changes those social networks make from time to time.

The first thing you'll need to do is view and manage your Privacy settings within your Social Network apps:

  2. From the Account tab, select Settings

  3. On the left side of the page, select Privacy

  4. Within the App Settings section, find NewPanda and click Edit

  5. Your permissions should look like this: (No! We will not phish your friends or start doing strange things to your accounts or pages.  These are standard settings for services like NewPanda. If you do not allow the following permissions, we won't be able to make posts on your behalf.  And we'll always notify you in advance before posting.)

  6. LOG OUT of Facebook entirely (this will remove old cookies)
