PAY PER MLSID PARTICIPANTS:
If your charge card has expired or is declined, your hotline will not be activated. Use the instructions here to update your payment information, then re-process the hotline activation.
MONTHLY UNLIMITED PARTICIPANTS:
Edina Realty Participants:
Per a special agreement with your Broker, if your credit card fails, your Hotlines will not be inactivated and your participation in the Monthly Unlimited Plan will not be discontinued. We've made these arrangements to ensure that consumers dialing hotline codes for your listings will never have difficulty in accessing recorded information, eBrochures and Mobile WAP Pages.
- We'll notify you via email each time your monthly payment fails, with links to help you update your payment information. After two attempts, we will send an invoice to your broker and they'll pass the charges to you.
- You can update your payment information any time using the instructions here.
- You can discontinue your Monthly Unlimited Plan any time using the instructions here. Any hotlines activated in the Monthly program will immediately and automatically be inactivated, so be sure to remove your sign riders.
Non Edina Realty Participants:
- We'll notify you via email each time your monthly payment fails, with links to help you update your payment information. After two attempts, your hotlines will be inactivated and your participation in the Monthly Unlimited plan will be automatically canceled.
- You can re-activate the Monthly Unlimited program at any time by using the instructions here.
- You can update your payment information any time using the instructions here.
