3.3. Browser / Device Support

NewPanda is a web-based application that works in most web browsers. There's no need to download or install apps or software to your computer or smart device to use NewPanda. Here are some browser-related settings you'll need to make sure are enabled for the best results.

Browser Settings

  1. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser so all elements of our application work as expected.
  2. Pop-ups and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser, so you can view errors, alerts, and preview screens.
  3. The minimum screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768 for optimal viewing. If you're using a Netbook, try setting the resolution to 1200 x 800 if you're seeing things out of place in the application.
  4. The latest version of Flash and/or HTML5 is required to view any of the videos on our site.

Smart Devices

Because of the myriad devices available and the speed at which their technology changes, we're not able to provide specific support for all mobile devices and operating systems.

Contact Import: Use the CSV import tool.  All of the current devices have options to sync or import contacts with their desktop computers. From there you can export contacts to a CSV file (a spreadsheet like Excel, but saved as the type CSV).  

A couple ideas to help you find the process - check the website for your specific device and its support options / help docs.  Or if you have a company or personal IT guru, they can often provide some easy options.
