The Federal CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
NewPanda is dedicated to complying with the Federal CAN-SPAM Act. If we or any of our users (that's you) violate these laws, we can be heavily penalized, and even have our IP addresses blocked by Email Service Providers. Our Terms and Policies are designed to keep you (and us) CAN-SPAM compliant.
