4.34. I didn't get my Mailing Labels

Mailing Labels (and all eCommunications to you from NewPanda) are transmitted to the email address contained in your Settings section within your Contact tab.  Usually your labels are emailed to you less than 60 seconds after submitting your order.


1. Verify that the email address entered within your Settings Contact tab is a valid email address, and
    that it is the email address you have been checking for your mailing labels.  If the email address is
    incorrect, first correct the email address, then order a new set of labels.

2. Add NewPanda to your Safe Senders list to be sure the labels aren't being blocked.

3. Check your SPAM and/or JUNK folder to see if the email was inadvertently delivered there.

4. Verify that your email service does not have any SPAM settings that would block our email messages
    to you.  For example, if you have set your email services to block email communications containing
    graphics or hyperlinks, your labels can not be successfully delivered because they contain both.
