16.1. What Is the Administrative Feature?

Administrative Features provide permission-based access to specific information and functions at a managerial level for tracking and training purposes. Administrative Features are provided to individuals at the managerial or broker level as specified by the broker. Access is granted on a tiered basis so that different users may have access to levels of information including but not limited to:
- Limited information about users by location or membership level,
- Mid-level information such as login information for users, or
- All information such as access to membership statistics (login count by individual, office or broker), etc.
The Administrative Tools are accessed via the Admin link in the upper left corner of the NewPanda site:
If this feature is not present in your tool set and you feel it should be, check with your broker or with NewPanda to see if this feature is available through your broker.
