1.1. Types of Messaging Templates
NewPanda offers a robust platform for enterprise and corporate partners allowing you to create your own customized NewPanda Edition. You can control the messaging categories that are seen by your users and add an unlimited number of your own customized (and customizable) message templates for:
- EMAIL: Create custom HTML templates which your users can choose from. You can include MergaTags, allowing your individual users (locations, regions, staff) to have their specific user profile details displayed in the template. You can also create multiple emails based on advanced delivery dates and Auto-Pilot campaigns.
- ONLINE PAGE: Every email that is created is hosted as an online page as well. So, you can create custom HTML contents and then email that content, or just create a text message or social post linking to the content.
- MOBILE: You can create pre-written text messages that users can have automatically added to their queue (Auto-Pilot messages) or that are available in a library of categories.
- FACEBOOK: Create a simple comment/status that can be shared by your users on their Facebook walls (personal profile or Page). Or create more customized Facebook posts with a comment as well as "attachment" thumbnail image, headline, caption and description. You can also include short URLs in your messages (newp.ly) which track all links to any online NewPanda page or URL you specify.
- TWITTER: Twitter messages can be created as templates and used for your users to select, or set up as part of an Auto-Pilot series. You can also include short URLs in your messages (newp.ly) which track all links to any online NewPanda page or URL you specify.
- LINKEDIN: Same idea. Create a message or series of messages (Auto-Pilots) for LinkedIn status messages.
