Most of your recipients' email servers should be set up NOT to report Out of Office events back to NewPanda as bounces. In the event that they do, your recipient may need to contact their IT team to let them know they're being removed from email lists while they're on vacation.
If a recipient server reports a recipient to NewPanda as a bounce, we have to exclude that recipient from future eMessages or our standing with all the Email Service Providers could be compromised. That could have a really negative effect on all of our customers, so we can't allow bounces to remain in send lists.
