4.21. Notes Feature

To create and manage notes for your contacts:

1. Locate the contact for which you wish to add or manage notes within the Contacts
    feature

2. Click the name of the contact to open the contact detail record

3. Click the Note tab to add a note (it's just below the contact info area).  Existing notes will be
    displayed beneath the Note tab in chronological order.

4. Enter text into the Notes/Discussions field and be sure to click the Submit button to save it.

5. To edit or delete a note, hover your mouse in the blue area above the desired note to activate
     the edit and delete icons.  Click the appropriate icon, make changes as desired, and click the
     Submit
button to save updates.  Deletion of notes is permanent and cannot be undone.
