7.12. Daylight Savings Autopilot eCards

Autopilot eCard event notifications are sent to every NewPanda Email Tools user regardless of whether the specific Autopilot event has been activated for your membership or not. If you do business in a geographical location that does not observe Daylight Saving Time, chances are that you have not activated the Spring Forward or Fall Back Autopilot eCards or social posts. NewPanda will not send any Autopilot eCard or social post on your behalf until and unless you have activated it.
To find out whether you have or have not activated an Auto Pilot event (or whether your membership level includes this feature), go to your Messages feature, then choose Autopilot Settings. Click here to view our Autopilot eCards instructional page.
Remember:
- Autopilot eCards are transmitted for Email Tools service members only; Autopilot Social Updates are made for those members that have activated the Social Updates service. All members may receive notifications about Autopilot events, but NewPanda will only send Autopilot eCards and social updates on behalf of the appropriate program participants.
- Active Autopilot eCards are by default transmitted to every Contact and Related Contact within your database for whom a valid email address exists, unless you edit your recipients for the particular and specific event. Exception: Coldwell Banker Colorado Homes users, Autopilot eCards are sent to your Primary Sphere by default. Click here to view instructions for selecting different recipients for Autopilot eCards.
