Information provided through the Track Your Results feature will help you . . .
Understand what kinds of eMessages are important to your recipients
Understand what kinds of eMessages are not important to your recipients
Understand if open rates are different for different Groups
Understand if open rates are different based on timing of eMessages (such as in conjunction with other eMessages to the same group, by day of week, day of month, or even after a group hasn't heard from you for a while)
Understand if open rates are different based on email subject lines or content
Initially, you may want to create your eMessages, then replicate them in order to send them separately to your different Groups. This way you can see the open, bounce, unopen and unsubscribe rates for each recipient Group.
Based on the results for each group, you'll have a better idea of what kinds of eMessages you should or should not be sending, how often, etc. This can help you really target your eMarketing as you go forward. Over time you'll see some great benefits:
Your recipients will be less likely to unsubscribe from your eMessages
Your recipients will be less likely to mark your eMessages as Spam
Your recipients will be more likely to read the eMessages they receive from you
Your recipients will gain the impression that you respect them enough to only send them eMessages that are important to and appropriate for them (especially if you just come right out and ask them!)
