5.43. How do I see Bounce / Unsubscribe information for my eMessage?

The Track Your Results feature provides key information about open, click, unsubscribe and bounce rates for eMessages you send through NewPanda.
Summary information is displayed in bar chart format for all un-archived eMessages. Below, details are broken out for each eMessage sent. To explore detail about who opened, clicked, unsubscribed from or did not open an eMessage, click the number representing the total for the statistical category.
Example: Results for message called Real Estate
The Sent column displays the total number of recipients for each eMessage. Click on the number ("1105" in the example above) to view the recipients. Click Back to Track Your Results to navigate back to the previous page.
The Opened column displays:
- All = the total number of times the eMessage was opened. This includes multiple "opens" by the same recipient.
- Unique = the number of unique recipients that opened the eMessage, and what percentage of your total recipient list for the eMessage this figure represents. Click on the number ("205" in the example above) to view unique recipients that opened this eMessage. Click Back to Track Your Results to navigate back to the previous page.
The Unopened column displays:
- Unopened = the number of recipients that have not yet opened the eMessage. Click on the "unopened" number ("900" in the example above) to view recipients that have not opened this eMessage. Click Back to Track Your Results to navigate back to the previous page.
- Bounced = the number of recipients for whom the eMessage could not be delivered due to full mailbox or invalid email address. These may be temporary or permanent failures. Click on the "bounced" number to view recipients whose eMessages bounced. Click Back to Track Your Results to navigate back to the previous page.
The Unsubscribed column displays individuals that clicked the "unsubscribe" link from the specific eMessage you sent. Click on the "unsubscribed" number to view recipients that unsubscribed. Click Back to Track Your Results to navigate back to the previous page.
